Hosted at the tailor shop, this private gathering will be guided by Mr. Flood of Riviera, who will lead guests through the history, balance, and enduring appeal of the cocktail.
The evening will include a guided class showcasing the preparation of three distinct Negroni variations, each highlighting a different expression of this refined, bittersweet drink. Throughout the experience, guests will learn the techniques, flavour profiles, and balance that define the Negroni.
